This really depends on what we are doing and we will give you a clear timeline, and example would be a boiler swap would take 1 day and a system conversion 2 -3 days.
The heating and hotwater will be off for a short space of time and we will try to limit the disruption, we can provide temporary heaters if required.
We offer an aftercare package which includes your annual boiler service as well as boiler cover for our existing customers.
We will do our best to limit the amount of time this is off by isolating the supply to the boiler and getting these back on as soon as possible for you.
We will take all of this away for you and dispose of it responsibly
Absolutely, you will be given a full walk around of your system, we will show you how to use the controls and run it efficiently, and don’t worry if you get stuck you can give us a call after and we will be happy to run through this with you again.
This is a really important question, yes we have full public liability insurance so your property and yourself are fully protected during the installation.
