Used these guys to get an old boiler removed and replaced and the process was spot on from start to finish. The guy who came over to do the initial assessment of what was required was friendly and to the point – not once did I feel like I was dealing with a salesperson trying to upsell me. He actually talked me out of a more expensive boiler that another company had advised because it was not required, which sold me on them immediately.
When the installation date came shortly afterwards, the team arrived on time and were all friendly, amenable and kept us informed throughout. A great hard-working bunch of lads, they made sure that the job was finished within the time stated and left a very neat job and a very clean area. You would not even know they have been. Boiler looks fab and works a treat.
Don’t use big national companies that will oversell you on everything and fleece you, use genuine smaller companies like this instead. Highest recommendation.
Whistle Energy Solutions came out the same day as enquired to provide us with a quote. Arrangements made promptly to provide and install our new boiler so we were not left without hot water and heating! Everything explained thoroughly and all questions answered promptly. Friendly men who arrived on time, were respectful of our property, pets and ensured we were happy with all work. Would definitely recommend and use again in future. Thank you very much!
Lovely guy, I was wanting to replace an old back boiler for a more efficient combi boiler. Chris gave good advice and his work was excellent.
He has since done other jobs ie gas certificates and plumbing. I cannot praise him enough.
Finding competent and experienced tradesmen to install a new gas heating boiler can be difficult. Whistle Energy Solutions installed boiler, flushed the existing system and had the new system fully working (as they said they would) inside of 10 hours. Very tidy work and at a good price. Very happy to have found excellent service from a local company.
